Jagriti is a first-year graduate student at Maitreyi College, University of Delhi and has been working on awareness raising on menstrual health & hygiene, contraceptive use & gender equality for the past 2 years, particularly in the rural context. because there were so many people at the local level who even now hesitate to talk about the menstrual cycle, even women, and there were many men who actually don't know what it is.
Seeing the dangers posed by a lack of access to SRH information and services in the lives of most marginalized people, Jagriti is committed to creating a world where every individual has access to safe, quality, and stigma-free SRHR services and is excited to leverage the Youth Ke Bol platform to further this. In her free time, Jagriti enjoys doing craft-related work and spending time with her family and friends.
